KEEPING THE SPACE OPEN

Replacing and repairing glass without closing the business

Commercial glass fails in a few predictable ways: breakage from impact or vandalism, insulated units whose seals fail and fog up, and doors whose hardware wears out from heavy use.

Broken glass is usually made safe the same day, then permanently replaced once the right glass is cut or tempered to size. Failed insulated units and worn hardware can be scheduled around business hours.

A tenant improvement is often the right moment to replace aging glass and hardware, because the space is already disrupted and the new work can be matched in one visit.
